Walking tour to the Tallinn Old Town and visiting historical Tallinn Town Hall.
Friday 13th  January 
 
We'll go for the day out of Tallinn to Jäneda, ca 60 km from Tallinn to south-east. We’ll see Estonian nature, especially forests, in winter, have a lunch at Black Stallion Stables and start our conference in Jäneda conference center. We'll return to Tallinn late in the evening.

8.30 – 9.00 Gathering in the hotel conference center. Buses wait outside hotel and we’ll start guided
tours towards Jäneda.

Guided bus tour.
12.00 – 13.00
Lunch in Black Stallion Stables, Jäneda.

Moving to the Conference Center.
13.30 – 14.00
Opening of the conference. Welcome speech by Rainer Nõlvak.

Cleanup teams introduce already conducted cleanups.

17.30 – 19.30Main challenges and solutions. Joan Marc Simon „Zero Waste Strategy“. Also we are planning regional working groups, where representatives of the same region will discuss common strategies and come up with regional clean-up plans in two days.

Moving to the Black Stallion Stables.
20.00 - 23.00Dinner and evening cultural programme – Estonian folk music and dances. Guests are
welcome to share their culture.

Saturday 14th  January

8.30 – 9.00Conference centre, Alpha hall. Introduction of workshops.
9.00 – 9.30Moving to the workshop rooms.
9.30 – 11.00Groupwork I (8 parallel working groups).
11.00 - 11.30Coffee/tea break.
11.30 - 13.00Groupwork II (8 parallel working groups).
13.00 - 14.00Lunch and press conference.
14.00 – 15.00 Open space for last session of groupwork (everyone can propose topics to be discussed in groups).

17.30 - 20.00Free time. The accommodation and conference will be in the very center of Tallinn, near to the historic Old Town and other attractions. We will give you necessay advice and also the map if you wish to discover it on your own.
